hey guys
hello everyone I've been following this website for so long and it's pretty interesting how your informations are so helpful! Here's my experience and I definitly need some help!
My wife a USC by birth and I coming on a (B1/B2) visa, got married in march 2016 and after 2 weeks I left the USA! I spent 2 months in my country doing my daily activities and I came back here in the US to visit her and she held me to adjust status here! We went to the immigration and they gave us a list of documents to fill out and a paper that we have to follow instructions so we filled and sent form I-130 and I-485 to USCIS but no paper work filled nor travel document! Then afterwards we started getting NOA1 & NOA2 for both of our forms and then I had biometrics done after a good month after first filling! I have to tell you guys that we made a mistake in the I-864 by saying the household size was 1 instead of 2 cause we do not have a child yet so they sent us a RFE stating that we had a mistake to correct which i understand but they said my wife income is below the poverty line but her income and taxes are wayyy above. She's a new graduate medical doctor and working also as a nurse as a backup plan. I am a new graduate medical doctor as well in my country lol . So guys my questions are:
1) Is it because of the mistake that they said she her income is above the poverty line?
2) What is better to send? asset or joint sponsor???
3) If I have to send paper work and travel document will it takes a long time? cause we did not fill them at first?
4) Have anyone ever be in my situation?
Your toughts, comments will be very appreciate!!! THANK YOU
