I have been following the forums over here for a while. I just thought to share my experience with you so far.
I never felt more helpless ever before, and have no idea what to do.
I married a Permanent resident on 03/2018 and filed I-130 (California Service Centre) right in the next couple of weeks. I received a PD 03/29.
After that, I waited for visa bulletin to become current with my priority date for almost 15 months!
After 15 months, due to the change in policies of USCIS, the visa bulletin became current for everyone (which means that more applications would flood in at the same time, and no one would have to wait for anytime as I did for 15 months).
After that, I filed for I-131, I-485, and I-765 and my case was received on 06/24, NBC. I received a biometrics appointment next week. After a couple of weeks, I received a notification that my I-130 was transferred to NBC for further processing.
I was hoping that my 15 months wait would at least help me in some way possible. Unfortunately, there has been no update yet. I have seen that many cases get updated with biometrics saying either biometrics were approved or received.
I have no idea what should I do. I know that I can't submit a case inquiry because it's still within processing times.
