HI B Extension
I am visiting Karachi to see parents.My H1 B has expired on 31OCT, 2004. My emloyer have applied for extension for my H1 B Visa on end of Oct 2004.
I suppossed to go back before 31st oct but due to family affairs I was not manage to back and now visa has been expired.
I heared infact I found the INS website the HIB extension processing time is about 5 months. (Please correct if I am mistaken). This time period jeopardise my whole situation, I do have received the INS Notice of Action. Please let me know would I allow to apply for visa with my Notice of Action and my employer Job letter and it is acceptable to the US Consulate or is their is any other solution any body know.,,,, Please let me ..
