Got 221(g) Four Times
In third query form i had submitted only the required document(Unemployment wage reports with notarized) and plus mandatory documents(I797, LCA, I129, DS-forms). With in three days itself
i got another query form (4th) to submit all the documents from the petiontioer side without passport. Iam really dont know how should i proceed. In second 221(g) only i had submitted all the documents and in third 221(g) they asked to submit only the Unemployment wage reports and now again they are asking to submit all the documents.
They are sending 221(g)'s in every few days. I dont know why they are taking so much time to decide with my visa. If they are not satisfied with the company then they have to send my application to USCIS for further review or atleast they can put my case in AAP so that i can wait for some time. My company is asking me to go chennai personally, but i dont want to take risk( if they ask some more documents regarding my current company, experiences). Due to H1 i have left out my current job six months back.
Please people help me, what i have to do next. Really can i put hope on my visa.
