Hey Guys I’m about to start applying for my AOS on february 1st, I got married on april 26 2017. It has taken so long for me to apply since my husband (US Citizen) is disabled and just got an affidavit of support and bec I’m not working at all it’s been a little hard to get all the money that’s needed for us to file, my questions is: will the fact that we waited too long to apply for AOS be a problem? If by my interview date I already have to years married to my husband will the permanent GC be granted to me or will I get the conditional one?
