Houston case outside the normally processing time - Updated my SR
Hi ALL,
Just got an updated from my third Service Request. They stated that they have no idea why my HOUSTON USCIS local is pending my case so long. They want me to take INFOPASS with HOUSTON office to ask and discuss with them why my case pending so long.
"we request that you schedule an INFOPASS appointment at www.uscis.gov to discuss your application with your local USCIS Field Office. Please remember that this is not an interview, it is merely a pass to enter the Field Office to discuss the application filed with USCIS. You are advised to take this letter with you to your INFOPASS appointment."
So what should I do? I know it gonna wait my time and money to make INFOPASS since I did it bofore.
