Houston CKGS
Looks like the OCI Dept in CKGS Houston is understaffed or overwhelmed or they just ignore. I sent OCI appln for family on Jun 2, 2015, Received Jun 4th, No receipt, nothing for a week, E-mailed enquieries @ckgs, they wanted the forms sent and the USPS tracking no. 2 days later, on Jun 13, the documents aere logged on. Now there is a request for Marriage certificate - searched alover the home for the 35 year old document, found it, sent the scan by e-mail to [email protected] - Waited 3 days, they haven't seen it. Luckily, the enquiries @ckgs again e-mailed me. I sent them the marriage certificate etc for forwarding to Houston branch, and now waiting ......... for the next step. Why so inefficient?
