I just called CS tier 2 today and IO (Peter) let me know he already sent a request to Houston to let them know my case is due and surely that I will get an interview notice by end of March 2016. He also said my case is still at pending at NBC, he said once I receive my interview notice my case will be sent to Houston in shortly.
I talked to CS tier 1 first I told her she could not answer my questions so please let me talk to real IO instead of her knowledge.
Till now my case has not changed for interview yet.
