How do you get notified on changes on your case?
Hi all,
I am still waiting on my EAD to be approved (4 months already passed), it can take up to 5 months I read on the USCIS webpage. I have called a couple of times with the USCIS but nothing I can do to shorten the processing time. My expedite request was denied unfortunately, and probably nothing else I can do then wait??
In that case, do you guys know whether you get notified by email once the status changes on your case file? I have signed up on the USCIS webpage to follow my case, but e.g. I did not see a status change online about that I would receive a additional request for evidence. I was surprised when I got a letter in my mailbox, and not knowing this upfront. I do ask this question so I do not have to check the online portal every day to see if there are any changes, it drives me nuts!
