How to ask for service request? Help!
I have read some post that people say that they called to ask for service request and that helped their case.
Even though they requested it after 7 months that they submitted their paper and they were inside of the process time . My PD is may 2018. My interview was Oct 2018 . I just got a white paper saying to wait for 120 days after interview. Till now I am waiting 19 months since my PD. And 51 one days since my interview.
I called and ask for service request but the lady told me I can't do that because I am still inside of California process time Wich is from 14 to 25 months. If you guys can help me with it, please write down what else can I do in this situation :( . Thank you
