Husband follow to join
Hello,
My sister just have her interview and when I was filling the DS-260 her husband was included in the petition since the beginning but he needed more time before he was going to travel therefore I changed his status to follow to join when entering the information for my sister and her daughter. We paid for both of them and completed all the steps and submitted all the civil documents. My sister and her daughter were approved and they asked for her husband and we tell them that he will follow because his job.
My question is: when he is ready to continue the process, I just go to the portal for IV and change his status to accompany and pay the fees and submit the civil documents that for him will be birth certificate, married certificate and police record certificate? They will issue an appointment? Thanks
