HYD Consulate In-person H1B experience
First of all i feel this forum is really helpful as i always refer 'Experiences' section and also felt to share my experience.

Background: Attended twice on H1B consulate interview in last 9+ yrs and this is 3rd time.
Last time attended is in 2016, since then i went through 2 US FTE Employer changes.

Biometrics: 2:30 PM
Aug 28th: Reached 30 mins in advance, Security is calling out based on walkie-talkie they are receiving from Biometrics team
Used private locker to store my phone and Digital watch, charged amount is 100 INR which i feel little expensive
Went through Security check, documents in order etc.
During my turn, the Biometrics staff went through Appointment confirmation, verified DS-160 thoroughly, for my full name, DOB etc, followed by Oath self pamphlet reading, and Palm/finger prints.

Consular Appointment: Aug 29th, 10 am
Reached 30 mins in advance, btw Biometrics and VAC i found my Intended 'Date of Arrival' is printed wrong, missing other States DL updates etc within DS-160, spoke to IndiaTravelDocs team, get the new DS-160 created and submitted on early morning around 8:30 am
Again Documents checks, security clearance followed by sitting in lobby.
We were asked(almost 10 members) to get inside and stand in line(huge line with another 30 members waiting for their turn), after a wait of almost 30+ mins around 10:30 am, my turn came.

VO around 45+ yrs: Good morning
Me: God morning sir

VO: Went through computer screen which i believe is my online DS-160

VO: Which company working for
Me: XXXXXXX XXXXMENTS

VO; Are you on Full time
Me: Yes

VO: Work address:
Me: Told city and state name

VO: Designation ?
Me: Principal S/W Engr

VO: Salary
Me: Disclosed

VO: Asked me to go through Right of Work white booklet
Me: I took it

VO: Aren't you eligible for DROPBOX ??
Me: I mention there's a change of Employer by mistake, instead of actual Passport renewal, for a moment he look as weird

Finally he mentioned VISA has been approved, in fact he approved 2 more Work visa candidates too before me

Advise: Stay composed, give your best, be HONEST as much as possible
