Hello,
I filled form I-130 for my wife in June 2018, I was green card holder, then last year I became a USC. USCIS sent us a RFE in March 2020 requesting for documents showing that our marriage is real. We did everything and sent them on March 20th (our son birth certificate, bank statements, insurance, lease, utilities bills, both ID, 2018 and 2019 joint taxes returns, and I printed our WhatsApp and messenger first conversations to show them when we started chatting.) one week after the status updates that they have received it and will send us a decision.
I read that USCIS usually receive RFE and make a decision within 60 days, which was last month for our case. So my question is: WHAT IS NEXT? Are they planning to schedule an interview after receiving all documents? Should I call USCIS? Am I out of processing time? We are in June 2020, and I filled that form in June 2018, so TWO YEARS AGO.
