I-130 document not received
Hi Everyone,
I had my interview on 25th November and before the interview started the IO mentioned that he can't approve the case today because the i-130 documents was not received by them. We had applied for i-130 on May and it got approved too and we had sent the approval notice with I-485 application. The IO told us that he will expedite the request for the getting the document from USCIS. Did anyone have the same experience? How long does it take to get the document back to the local office?,
