Just sharing my experience with you guys, if you believe your case is OUT OF PROCESSING TIME with USCIS, then after submitting multiples requests you have no updated, try with "Ombudsman Case Assistance" they will help you by contacting USCIS to know what's wrong with your case. I filed my I-130 for my wife back in 2018, in 2020 we received a RFE, after submitting all documentations, nothing updated. I used this service (CIS Ombudsman) few weeks ago and last night we got a letter scheduling our I-130 interview for next month after waiting for almost three years. Thanks
