Hi Everyone , I have a concern. Not sure if i should be worried .
How long does it normally take for USCIS to process I-130 cases for relatives living outside the USA?
My daughter is 9years old and my husband petition for her but ever since we submitted the forms. Only thing i got was the receipt numbers for both her and I I-130. We didn't receive no notice in the mail or nothing. And my husband cant call because he's out of the country on deployment.
Any suggestions on what to do next? Or should i just wait and trust that everything is ok?
