I just checked the three sites about my case and noticed this update:
On the uscis case status : The I-130 say on 26 July they sent me a document.
On visa tracker: on the 26th they mailed a document directly to the address I provided.
my.uscis.gov: Notice was returned to uscis because the post office could not deliver it.
im going for a second interview in 3 three weeks.
if there is one who has received any of this kind of experience please help to understand what this means and what to expect.
