i-130 processing time and approval
My category is F2A and i-130 PD is Feb, 2018.
it has almost been 22 months and the last update I got from USCIS was case transferred from California to NBC and that was in early August.
There is no processing time for i-130 at NBC so not sure if this is outside the normal processing time range.
I did raise an SR; however, no response and today my account mentions your SR is currently NOT assigned to any officer.
What should I do now? Not sure if this is normal.
Anyone in the same boat with no approval for i-130 that was filed back in early 2018?
