Hello. I just got naturalized and wanted to know if I understand the I130 right. The language on who is eligible suggests one can apply for parents and siblings.
I have 2 siblings abroad aged 30 and 35. Can I apply for i130 for them?? I was under the impression that one can only file i130 for parents who in turn can file it for the other siblings.
