I-131 denied
Hi has anyone here had the experience where USCIS denies the I-131 and approved the EAD? My I-131 was denied and now I am afraid that’s a signal of the I-485 interview which is scheduled on January 31 is going to look like. My lawyer read the denial reason and told me it was ok. It was a mistake from USCIS. Any comments will be greatly appreciate it.
