Hello everyone,
i want to apply for I-131(advanced parole for travel), because i have pending I-485 application for a year now. I been married to an USC and after that last few months i have not maintaining my F1 visa status. so my concern here for I131 form i have to submit my current status document, what would i should submit? my I20 expired last august. please advice if any one have any idea.
