Hi All,
I applied for EB-2 I-485 change of status in April 2017 and I received my EAD card in July 2017. On September 15, I received the approval notice for my I-485 Supplement J but my I-485 application is still pending? Any idea what does this mean?
Also, I called USCIS and spoke to a level 2 officer and she informed me that the case has been pre-adjudicated. Can you please tell me what does this mean?
I know that the EB-2 ROW was exhausted in July 2017 and the new batch starts from October 1.
Your help or comments will be greatly appreciated.
