Hello guys,
So I need suggestions as my case is a mess right now. I been married to USC for over two years and I filed my case in November 2017. I had my bio metrics in December and then two weeks ago I received a letter from USCIS asking for initial evidence. However, currently my spouse and I are having some personal issues. So i have this questions, what if we divorce, how will it affect my case without sending the initial evidence, and also how will it affect my status here (F1 expired).
