Hello,
I am hoping to get some help here.
I submitted my I-485 along with I-864 and I-944 and it was rejected. Reason stated on rejection letter was incomplete application and stated forms that were needed. I called the hotline and was told I DO NOT need the I-944. This confuses me. I am unmarried child over 21 years of U.S citizen. i have been here since 2010 and has retained legal status. Has anyone else had this experience? Please offer any advice.
