Adjustment of Status - I-485

I-485 case status
I applied I-360 and I-485 applications at the same time on January 3, 2018. On February 27, 2020 I-360 was approved by USCIS. On April 10, 2020 an I-485 notice to do Medical Examination and Vaccination Record was sent to me. Then I had not heard anything else from them until present. The I-485 case status kept displaying “At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information”
