Hi all!
After all our efforts, We(me and my husband) got denial on our aos (eb1). Idk we did everything right. On may 15th we have received rfie (medical and all our status changes)
We sent everything on time.
And today I have checked the status and it says -denied.
If you experienced that please advise us.
Also I called our lawyer she says we can refile.
If we refile, how long we should wait?
