I-485 Denial
Hello everyone.
I am confused as to why USCIS denied my I-485 Form. I filed the I-485 and the I-130 back in September 2019 and the I-130 was approved, but the I-485 was denied. Their reason was because my priority date was not current. But this does not make sense since I am in category F2A, which was current at the time of filing in September 2019 and I was inside the United States at the time of filing. Should I reopen the case since that might’ve been a mistake, or should I file a new case.
