Is here someone who refilled after I-485 got denied? I could file I-290b motion to reopen my case but attorney said it’s going to take longer to get an answer and they could still denie.
Long story short I did not submit an original birth certificate after receiving a rfe only copy of it that’s why I got denied recently. My I -130 was approved same day. I already have my ead card which they want back if my case is not pending.
