My brother is a US citizen.He applied green card for my father and mother.And I-485 form was submitted a year ago and after 6 months on Aug 6 2016 approval letter arrived.The officers told that they will call for the interview.The time for the interview is not more than 90 days.But the time had already exceeded .So if anyone can explain why is this delay about?Is this due to the election or might be the whole process can be cancelled??
