I-485 experience
I am a Maryland filer and wanted to share my experience to help other people. I came to the US as an international student. I have been going to school the whole time and never went out of status. I graduated in 2015 and started my OPT. My wife is the U.S. citizen and I am the alien.

Interview experience:

The IO went through our application and ask questions about the information in the forms. After that, she asked my wife and I to tell our story. We brought a photo album to the interview and used that to tell our story ( dating, engagement, wedding, and after-wedding). After telling our story, she asked if there is anything we wanted to give on that of what we already submitted. The interview last 15 mins. She said that our case was simple and was going to review it one more time before approving it. Two hours later, the status changed to card being produced.
