Hey Guys,
I'm looking for some advise and thoughts here but please be honest with me.
Today i had my marriage based interview at Detroit field office. After our names been called, we followed the officer and did the initial steps by swearing to till the truth also i did finger print again. The officer started questioning my wife (US citizen) normal questions but my wife got nervous answering questions about her biography such as her dad's current address or her exact previous address or her previous work exact address and only gave the general area only, also she did forget her mothers birth year. Besides that everything was good and i did answer all the questions without any issues. The officer didn't ask any other questions regarding our relationships or even asked for any other documents or photos. My lawyer was with me and handed the officer the packet that contains bona-fide marriage evidences. At the end, the officer said that i will get the answer by the mail and did explain that since my marriage is less than 2 years i will get a conditional card and i have to remove the condition 3 months before the expiration date.
What does this mean? do you think i will get approved? how long i will wait to get a response.
p.s: lawyer said that i shouldn't worry about my wife miss some questions in her biography and its normal
Please let me know if someone had such experience and what are the results
