Hi guys, timeline is in previous posts.
It's been 110 days since my interview and I have had no updates.
My lawyer (who filed everything) has said she will file for information when I reach my 120 days, as that is the time USCIS are allowed to make a decision after an interview.
She did say no visa numbers are available at the minute, and they will be available again from October. The only good thing is that my case has not been sent back to the NBC or Texas center where it originated at.
Anyone else in a similar situation?
Interview was in Fairfax, VA 05/30/19. Work based AOS.
