I-485 Interview
Hello everyone,
I hope everyone is doing good. Actually i had my interview on Dec 1,2020. I filed my case in Feb,2020. I received a letter of Biometric appointment which was on April 1,2020 but that time lockdown happened and they rescheduled my Biometric appointment on October 21,2020. I had my biometrics and my online case status shows (I-765) CASE WAS UPDATED TO SHOW FINGERPRINTS WAS TAKEN.
Next week on October 27,2020 I received a email for I-485 We scheduled an interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
My interview was in Indianapolis field office and they took our interview separately. But overall interview was good and in the end they give us white paper which says Hand Delivered At Interview and in that paper they Marked a column of YOUR CASE IS BEING HELD FOR REVIEW. IDK what’s happening.
And one more thing i didn’t received Work permit and Social Security Card yet. But I’m done with my interview.
Please tell me is that normal or not?
