Had my interview this week and we were approved on the spot. It went well. IO was very direct and to the point but really lightened up after we were told we were approved. Generic questions on the 485 were asked, how we met and where; showed our wedding album and photos from our relationship; attestations from family and friends and the few joint documents we had. IO said we would receive the card within 2-3 weeks. That same morning, the I-485 changed to "New Card is Being Produced". The I-130 still has not changed.
Thank you all for sharing your stories and providing informative and moral support. I don't think we could get through this process without this forum.
I cannot wait to officially start my life with my new family.
