I-485 interview cancelled
Hello everyone,
Currently F1 visa holder and had eb3 i485 pending. I was scheduled for interview on April 7,2021 in Jakob k.federal nyc but it was cancelled on the spot, I was told by the consulate officer that my files didn’t reached with them and they can’t interview me and said they will mail for reschedule notice again. April 20,2021 my lawyer contacted uscis to follow up for reschedule interview with response that they will reschedule for coming weeks. But Till now nothing heard from uscis and no new update case online . Is there any one here who experience same with my case. Please I need some advice or any insights regarding this matter .
