Hello friends. I applied for adjustment of status in November 2019 and currently waiting for adjustment of status interview based marriage to US citizen. My petitioner who is also my sponsor for form i864 is currently studying in college and has no job. petitioner and beneficiary both doesn't have job. I recently got my EAD and i am looking for job. In interview will they ask about our employment/unemployment situation? if both remained unemployed during time period around interview, will it affect approval/denial of our case?
