on the notice it says on things to bring:
"All documentation establishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent resident status"
- What does that mean? pleas provide examples of documents for this.
Here's small check list of things I have already put together to bring:
Notice + Government ID's
Me, wife and co sponsor pay stubs from past 2 months + Letter from employer verifying rate + average hours work (Is this needed/ The letter from employee or if pay stubs is enough?)
2019 tax returns + W2 for wife, me and co sponsor
wife and co sponsor passports + wife Naturalization
EAD - Advance Parole - Passport - I-94's
My birth certificate + translation
wife Birth certificate
Certified copy of marriage license
Police records - latest / no record
JOINT DOCUMENTS:
House mortgage
Insurance
Mails for address
Bank statements
pictures
