Right after the interview- new card produced ( 10 year card)
The IO was straight forward. He asked most questions to my husband.
Our case was not strong as my husband only makes 30 thousand a year and I have a child.
We don’t have health insurance.
The only joint doc where bank statement- lease- electricity bill-cable bill-amazon prime and Costco membership.
I had one sealed and dismissed « misdemeanor » from the criminal but the crime was just jay walking.
I have been working off the book
My husband didn’t make a single mistake responding. He is the citizen and he was asked a good 50 questions and me only 3 questions.
And it was the usual questions: where did you meet? What did you do on your wedding day- where does he work.
