Hey guys, I am new here and I have an interview coming up on February 2nd, 2021. For this interview, I have several questions that I want to get answers to and advice from you guys.

1. From April to May 19th, I worked at my current employment with no paycheck, but they provided us housing and after EAD approval, I start working with paycheck with housing and utility. I asked my lawyer and he said it is hard to see as unauthorized work, since I do not get any paycheck, but I need to explain that I was volunteered in my workplace to work until I got an EAD approved and he said since I am married to USC, your work should be forgiven and it should be no issue. Is that correct?

2. I have actually enrolled in Medicaid only for emergency service. This is the reason why I enrolled Medicaid, my wife was pregnant and miscarried from November to the end of December, the purpose of this was to cover her medical bills from her pregnancy/miscarriage. When I was applied for my wife, I was thinking that having the same Medicaid will be good evidence of our bonafide marriage, but at that time, I did not even know it is part of the public charge. But even though, I applied and enrolled Medicaid that is emergency only, I still had my private health insurance from United Health care, and I never used my Medicaid on my hospital visit, because I already have my private insurance that covers my bills. Now, I am about to withdraw my application today actually. Will this count as public benefit received and give me a trouble in my interview? I saw that this new public charge rule will not be applied for the application that is filed before Feb. 24, 2020, but the word USCIS used was so confusing it is hard to understand.

3. We as a couple have a low-income, under poverty guideline. These are the reason, first, I graduated from my undergrad in April, and I start working part-time on my current job but the salary is low because my salary package, includes housing and utility bills, which is around $1,300 per month and also I am hired as Adjunct University professor which is a part-time position. Second, my wife just graduated with Elementary Ed major and she just got a new full-time job two weeks ago. But in December, she was in the position of student teaching, which school does not allow student teacher to work, so we technically had 0 income from her. When we applied for I-485, we asked my parent-in-law to be our I-864 co-sponsor since my wife was a student and has almost no income. We actually earned around $16,000 from last year, but this year, with my wife's new job, we are estimating to get over 25-30k per year salary, with no mortgage, car payment, no credit debt, just over 15k student debt from my wife. Will this flag officer think that we will become a public charge in the future or financially not self-sufficient?

4. My wife and I actually had three weddings: The first wedding was a civil wedding to start our process of I-485, but we did not live together. Our original plan was to have a big wedding in May 2020, but you know there was a thing called Covid, so we had to cancel our wedding and work around the Covid. The second wedding was a small religious wedding with just her family and her best friend in April. After this wedding, we moved to our current house in Indiana and live together. The last wedding was big celebration with friends, families, photographers, and videographers in June 2020. My attorney said if you guys know the exact date and what happened at each wedding, which my wife and I both well know, this will be fine for our interview. What should we answer when the officer asks what is your wedding date and what is it look like? Should we just say all three weddings that happened?

5. My wife and I were living in the dorm at the University of Indiana until March. Because of Covid, we moved down to Kentucky where my wife's parent lives and I changed the address from Indiana to Kentucky, and I got a courtesy notice about my I-693 while I was in Kentucky. In April, after our second wedding, we moved back to Indiana, I also changed my address back to Indiana. I got the receipt of the address change and also got a Combo card in the mail and an interview notice. But when I checked my interview location, it was not in Indianapolis, but it was scheduled at Louisville. I talked to my attorney and they said they never experienced this thing before. Does anyone have any idea, what is the reason that I scheduled in Lousiville, not Indy?

6. My attorney filed all the applications for me, do I need to bring a copy of the application for I-485, I-765, I-131, and I-130 for my interview?

I know this is such a long post, thank you for your help. You guys are awesome.
