Adjustment of Status - I-485

I-485 interview today but....
I went for my AOS interview today. It was done over an hour. A lot of questions because my wife was married before and got divorced to an immigrant who she didn't file for. But at the end he gave me a paper stating that " congratulations your 1_485 application has been recommended for approval"!! But when I search online case status? It days " my case MUST be REVIEWED. and I remember the IO saying I should hear from them, USCIS within a month!!. Now should I be worried? Or no!! Need answers my fellow filers.
