I-485 interview TODAY. CASE APPROVED
I had the interview today at 10:30. Location: Indiana. Finally my journey comes to an end with the biggest and the best surprise of my life.

RFE Submitted: Sept 2019.
Case denined: Feb 2020(Sponser documents were not enough)
I-130 approved: Feb 2020(After the I got the Denial Notice)

EAD Approval: June 2020
Case scheduled for Interview: July 2020
Interview: Sept 03, 2020
We went to office at 10:25 as today of all days there was traffic jam on our way and since I worked night shift yesterday, and me and wife were feeling tired and lazy, so we just took a little nap too in the morning.
Once we entered and went to the receptionist as the guard told us to. I went there and there was tall guy waiting behind the counter along with the receptionist . I said to the receptionist that my name is XYZ and I'm here for my interview at 10:30AM. Then immediately the guy asked my name again and i told him again. He said actually he was waiting for us and he told me that we have already submitted what they need and they are waiving off my interview. I was shocked and confused and for a moment I lost my senses and I thought they are rescheduling my interview and all the worst thoughts ran through my mind. I said " I'm Sorry I don't understand what are you trying to say". He said " Where is your Lawyer " and my lawyer stepped in and said, she is the one. Then he asked all three of us to come side.
He said, my I-130 got approved, received EAD, there is no criminal records, my proofs were plenty when submitted, my medical is good and since we have been together for 3.6 years, hence the case got approved already and there is no point for interview and he apologized for not sending us the confirmation letter before the interview which said your case has been approved which has caused us all a great inconvenience of coming to the office for interview.
I was dancing and thanked god and thanked him and I ran downstairs with my wife and lawyer.
He said I'll get my GC in two weeks and in the meanwhile my GC EAD is good.
I Thank every single one of you guys for helping me through out this process and Im forever grateful for that.
I really hope everyone gets there interview scheduled and get GC approved ASAP just stay strong and have patience everything will be great.
