Hello,
i applied in early October concurrently for I-130 and I-1485 and it got denied in December due to incorrect payment. I immediately re-filed with another check and it was cashed 5 days after arrival, on December 15th. I was wondering, in terms of processing, will my application be processed with October or December filers ?
I just need to have an estimation of when my EAD and biometrics will happen.
