Hi everyone,
Thanks this forum is really helpful, here's my case and questions:
I filed my I-485 on 5/28/2015 with my husband from his job. Now still no response and the website shows "Fingerprint Fee Was Received". We did the biometrics on June 2015 together, and my husband already received his green card on Sept 2015, but mine is still no answer...
1) Should I be worried it's been abandoned since we filed together and my husband already received last Sept?
2) I did receive my EAD combo card and would like to know is now ok for me to travel back to my country and return USA?
3) I know the processing now is around 05/18/2015, so I guess will be my turn soon? What if I travel now and get approved when I'm in home country, could I still come back with EAD or need to have someone send green card for me to re-enter? Or you guys think I should wait until my card is approved since it's so close?
