I 485 reopened for Reconsideration
hi guy as you know i was in removal proceeding i 130 was approved but i 485 was administratively closed my lawyer sent joint motion to terminate removal proceeding got terminated sent it to the USCIS and they reopened my i 485 on december 20th it’s almost a month now i contacted congressman to see what’s going on i got the response that they are waiting for the available interview date and will do another interview you guys have any experience please help me because we already did our first interview before i was in removal proceeding
