I-485 second interview
Aloha Forum Family! I hope everything is fine.
I just want to ask for your experiences if there’s any.
I filed I-485 under Marriage Based my wife is a US citizen and today is our Wedding Anniversary. I just got an appointment for second interview and that is soon this coming February 28. We did our first interview last September 16,2019 and obviously not approved on the spot. After a couple of weeks I received an RFE stating that they need all the Divorce papers that was filed during the divorce proceedings of my wife’s last marriage. I haven’t heard from them since that day that I sent the response of RFE, not until now that I received a mail for a Second interview. My question is. What should I expect from that second interview since our first interview we did a “stoke interview”.
