Dear all,
Please does anyone have an idea what this new form that took effect from 25th August is all about. It's called form I-485 supplement A. Does it apply to people who became illegal by over staying their visa (I.e, who out stayed their I-94). Or just those who entered the USA illegally and has remained illegal.
Does it now mean filing fees for AOS now include an additional 1000$ as required when using form I-485 supplement A.
Please anyone with complete info on above should please help clarify.
