I-485 Timeline Update
Hi Guys,
I was hoping to see if someone is in the same situation as I am, and get some advice. Here is the timeline of my case:
Got married in September to USC, applied for AOS in January. Boston Office
Jan 17, '20 - Docs received
Feb 18, '20 - Biometrics Appt
Feb 19, '20 - I-765 Fingerprints were applied
Mar 11, '20 - I-485 Ready to schedule Interview
Mar 12, '20 - I-131 Fingerprints were applied
Is anyone more or less on the same timeline and got any further updates? My current EAD expires on 5/31. What are the chances I'll get my new EAD before that? (especially given the current situation). Would I have to leave the country after my EAD expires?
Any advice/insight you could give would be super helpful. Thanks a lot!
