Hi I’m trying to see if I can get a little bit of feedback on here from someone who’s had a similar experience. My friend just got her citizenship and she is trying to file for her parents, only one parent was found inadmissible and banned for 5 years. That ban has expired for 2 years now and she really just needs to know if her mom will need any extra step done.Does she still need a pardon? The officer banned her previously not because he had proof of her working on her visa but a suspicion. I think her true worry is if a lawyer is truly necessary since the ban has expired. I truly appreciate you guys. Thanks in advance
