Hi guys,
Today I received another RFE from Newark NJ. This RFE they ask for I-693. But here is the thing, when I applied for a green card (for fiancee visa) I was told that I don't need to submit form I-693 (because I don't have to do a whole new medical check up again). All I was told is I just need to submit my Vaccination record. Also, I have DS-3025 but it was blank, there is only the physical doctor signature and my signature and names of vaccinations. So I kept this DS-3025 and sent only the Vaccination record which is in yellow paper. So what should I do now guys? Anyone has experienced this issue before? Please feel free to share your experience. Thanks.
