I want somebody who has been in a situation like this to help me out. I filed for the removal of my conditional residence, and we were scheduled for an interview with my wife. The office turned in down for a mistake committed by our aprtment office. my application was cancelled. My lawyer advised us to refile all oevr again, we did and my stay was extended by a year. Ever since I did my finger print, i have not heard anything from the officve again, and it is over six months.
